If you’d like to, you can even relieve the cheese-maker by stirring the cheese and pick up a few valuable insider tips concerning good cheese. The IN LAIN cheese can be bought in the in-house shop and is an ideal souvenir for everyone at home or for those who have fallen in love with the fine cheese.
