Cheese Show - How cheese is made

In the evening the cheese maker is producing with traditional method, by the open fire our mountain-cheese. Help us, get involved and learn more about cheese production. Tension is announced!

We open the cheese experience at 6.30 pm with a shared aperitif and tasting of IN LAIN cheese, under the expert guidance of our cheesemaker Peter Maurer.
Afterwards we will serve you an à la carte dinner or a cheese fondue, accompanied by the show cheeses taking place at the same time. Now and then you can look over the shoulder of the cheesemaker, a unique experience in a wonderful ambience.

Cost: CHF 50.00 per person for the cheese degustation, inclusive wine tasting
Dinner according to à la carte consumption.

Each evening from 6.30pm - The production takes about 2 hours
