Check-in and Check-out

On the day or arrival, your room will be ready for you from 2.00 PM and until 11.00 AM on the day of departure. Naturally you are welcome to deposit any luggage on the day of your arrival and/or departure.

Cancelation Policy

Should there be an unexpected cancellation of the booking, the following applies:

• Changes or cancellations up to 14 days before arrival: We will return any deposit already paid in the form of a voucher.
• Changes or cancellations from the 14th to and including the 7th day before arrival: We will charge you 50% of the booked arrangement.
• Changes or cancellations from the 6th day before and including the day of arrival: We will charge you 100% of the booked arrangement.

Reservations in the gourmet restaurant VIVANDA that are not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged at CHF 150.00 per person.

Exchange Rate

Settlements in euro shall be made at the daily rate of Graubündner Kantonalbank.

Pets

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at IN LAIN Hotel Cadonau in some room categories. Please be sure to register your four-legged friend in advance so that we can prepare everything for his or her stay. The cost is CHF 45.00 per night, without food. Your dog is permitted in your room, in the restaurant La Stüvetta and on the terrace. Dogs are not welcome in all other rooms including the garden.

Garage

We will be happy to reserve a garage space for you (CHF 25.00 per day).

Equipped with two AC charging outlets, it allows two electric vehicles to be charged simultaneously—whether cars or scooters.

Hotel guests can conveniently request a charging card and power their vehicle during their stay. Restaurant visitors can easily pay for charging directly by credit card.

You’d like to enjoy the evening without always having to look after your children? Then book our Nanny Service. The experienced babysitters will take care of your children in your suite while you enjoy your dinner for two in peace.
