Cancellations up to 24 hours before the reserved appointment are free of charge. For later cancellations, the full amount of the booked treatment will be charged.

Late arrival:
If you do not arrive on time, part or all of the treatment may not be performed. Treatments that were scheduled in advance and not performed will be charged at 100%.
